Yes. You can use the Bargman Triple Tail Light - 5 Function # 30-85-002 which has 5 wires, on the 4 wire system of your 1993 Winnebago Warrior. To do this you would just need to splice out the turn signal wire on your vehicle to allow you to provide power to the top two lights on the fixture and allow them to function properly.

I do have a solution, but we don't have a replacement for that exact door handle or any specific information on it. Based on the pictures I found, it looks like it uses your typical latch kit like the # 295-000019 which fits cutouts that are 2-1/2" wide x 3-1/2" tall to 3" wide x 4" tall. In some pictures it looked like they used a larger handle so the Bauer Products Rotary Latch # BA85FR might be more appropriate. This fits a 6" tall x 4" wide cutout.
